The Show People Podcast with Andrew Keates hosts one of Britain's most distinctive comedy voices for an intimate live recording at 7:30pm. 100 tickets, all profits to Queer Theatre.

Tonight at the Two Brewers on Clapham High Street, Rosie Jones sits down with Andrew Keates for a live recording of The Show People Podcast. Doors open at 7pm, recording starts at 7:30pm. 100 tickets only.

Jones is one of the most consistently interesting people working in British comedy and television right now. She fronted Comedy Central's Out of Order, led the BAFTA-nominated Trip Hazard travel series, created and starred in Channel 4's comedy-drama Pushers, which she based on her own short Disability Benefits, and has contributed to Netflix's Sex Education as a writer. She is also a bestselling children's author. She is openly lesbian, openly disabled, and has spent her career refusing to make either of those things a source of apology or limitation.

Andrew Keates has been running The Show People Podcast out of the Two Brewers as a monthly residency for queer theatre-makers and performers. The format is intimate and the conversations tend to go somewhere. All profits from tonight go to Queer Theatre, which runs weekly acting classes, showcases and events for LGBTQIA+ people in London.

After the recording, access to the Two Brewers' late-night cabaret and DJ event is included with every ticket.
